my boy Fisher Men's title
I think NAU wins the men's race as well, still have Stanford at nationals but they wont be quite there yet at the moment and I don't expect them to run their very best team.
Allie O for the women's title
I think New Mexico is gonna win even if Stanford runs their best squad, but again they probably wont so New Mexico for sure. -
Any other predictions? Women's race goes off in just over two hours.
I have:
Men: Knight/NAU
Women: Ostrander/New Mexico
Should be some good racing. -

Kurgat will win with Ostrander in a close second. Alice Wright third. New Mexico wins overall.
About to start! -

I got
Men: Fisher/NAU
Women: Kurgat/New Mexico
Knight had to have taken a break after worlds so this would be a very abbreviated build up for him.
Fisher didn't even do USA's and he's been healthy. He has a much bigger block of training going into this. At NCAA I might pick Knight, but Fisher has to be more fit.
NAU looked very good in Louisville, and with no BYU/Oregon/Colorado and no full strength Stanford, they're my pick.
Kurgat beat the two time NCAA 10k runner up, Alice Wright and 3k/DMR Champ Dani Jones at Norte Dame by 10 seconds. That's huge and Louisville course is arguably faster than Notre Dame where Allie O only ran 16:28. Sure Allie didn't have tons of competition, but let's be honest, it'll take a lot more than that to take down Kurgat or Wright for that matter.
No Colorado, no Oregon, no full strength Stanford = Big W for New Mexico. -
