The half-marathon splits given out for Chicago were incorrect - Men's split was 66:10, Women's was 69:10

Many kudos to LRC visitor Paul Marzan aka "30:45X-C1978" for pointing this out to us. The splits listed on tv and on their website during the race made no sense.

At 20k, the men were on 66:10 pace. Yet even though they didn't pick it up, they were somehow credited with running 65:48 during the race. That would mean they slammed the pace down INCREDIBLY over the span of 1k.

It didn't happen.

Same thing in the women's race.

I'll try to post a video showing you what is incorrect. Chicago has now realized the error and corrected the splits.
