I am looking for an app that keep track of my workouts (run/bike), sleep, heart rate, etc. that works with multiple data...like from both garmin and apple. Is there anything? I really like the new Garmin beta but its only for garmin. Is there anything similar that just unites everything? Its seems like apple health is able to capture everything but the way it displays data is just down right terrible.
And I do see tons of running apps that are good but they don't really track your daily activity, heart rate, etc.
I think this is kind of lacking, most companies that make watches want you on their platform for everything.
I would check out third party apps like Map My Run or Final Surge. Map My Run is fairly common and you can sync accounts from a variety of other sources like Garmin, Polar, Fitbit, etc...
Final Surge is great for running, they allow Garmin automatically and you can import files for other brands (GPX, TCX files). Most watches allow you to export the data to a file so the process is a little time consuming.
I think Training Peaks is another one that allows different sources - but they seem to have more features available to paying members and it is quite expensive.
There might be others. It should be a lot easier than it is though...

I am really surprised this is so lacking.
The problem is that some kinds of data are standardized and some are not. Your training files and most of the associated data can be easily pushed to Strava, Training Peaks, and Sporttracks, for example. Certain things like cadence are not always cleanly transferred across platforms, but speed and HR normally work fine.
Your "rest of the day" data, to my knowledge, is not at all standardized. Resting HR and sleep, for instance, are calculated in widely varying ways. When/if standards develop, then I would expect the third party apps will be willing to host that data. You can manually input some of that data in some platforms, but for now, you're basically stuck with multiple platforms.
