Okay theres this guy in my team that doesnt understand the idea behind strides before races and workouts. He is unbeatable. He sprints them like its a 60m all out. Im pretty sure he would be breaking 8seconds for each. I try telling him and he just gets mad at me and takes it out by running faster. The guys is pretty decent over 1500m (3.57). What is the best pace to do strides at...and do you know anyone that is also very quick over the stridesÉ
