Match the calories burned. 200-300 calories running; use a calories calculator to pick a speed/duration to burn the same.
Equal time if you maintain similar heartrate and cadence. I use the bike on recovery days and equate 10 minutes of moderate cycling (70% MHR and 80-90 rpm cadence) to 1 mile of easy running. Your heartrate will be lower since you are not bearing weight.

i was once a runner, now am a cyclist.
20 mins of running for me back in the day was about 3 miles or 300 calories.
in order to burn 300 calories in 20 minutes cycling, i must cycle at a power of 250 watts. (300 cals ~= 300 kJ --> 300/3.6/(20/60) = 250)
so, it depends on how hard you are cycling. use a powermeter to gauge.
