Who has used the track Kennedy's for XC? How did you like them? How did your legs feel? Please reply with your experiences, thanks.

Hey dude. I rocked the navy/maize track kennedys all last season for xc. I have low arches and pronate slightly. If you are going to wear them, I would suggest getting 2 pairs. The one pair I used all season long got pretty worn down because the sole of them is plastic. Overall I really liked them. My legs held up perfectly fine in them even through the 10k's at the end of the season. I hope that helps.
Thanks, I appreicate you reply. I will be definetly buying them now!
Anybody else? Negative, positive?
I have had similar experiences. that is the only spike i use for grass XC courses. In XC, i'll wear that spike, or the ekiden, which is an older racing flat. great spike!
wait, are you guys talking about using kennedy spikes specifically made for track for xc? is that possible?
Uh huh...I ran in them all last season. Worked like a charm. I plan on doing the exact same thing this season. (New pair obviously.)
is there anywhere I can get some more for 20 bucks in size 8.5? Now all u can do is get those red and yellow ones (which are super cool looking) but they cost 100 bucks. If you know plz post the site!
I wore the Jasari for two cross seasons, it was light and that was all I cared about. Just put on a spike that fits and feels good and friggin RUN!!!!

yes, it is possible. just make sure the terrain isn't concrete and gravel. if it's 90% grass/dirt you should be fine.
