Too slow. At best 207 to 212
Proved today in the U.K. with Ritz beating Mo at the Great North Run.
Please. The iAAF loooves Mo. He's never testing positive.
All he needs is a good long distance doping program. His friend Jama Aden can help.
7 yrs ago they said Mo would not beat the Ethiopians and the Kenyans
7 yrs later The Ethiopians and the Kenyans are rejoicing on the streets of Nairobi and Addis because Mo Farah has retired from track racing

Still slow. What? Is he the 100 fastest in the 5k and 10k or something like that I don't remember

I'm curious how you came to this conclusion.
Did his 26:46/59:32 PRs lead you to believe he's not capable of improving on his lone marathon time?
I bet my life savings he's the 2020 Olympic Marathon Champion.
He has already ran 2:08 in London a few years ago, I can see him running at least 2:05 on a fast course with marathon training.
Doesn't matter he could b the 300 fastest in the 5 n 10k , dude was winning everything on sight
sit n kick all the way to heaven , baby ...OneMomile
He'll at least give Galen something to worry about.
Any way to watch this live?

I think any coach worth his salt would advise Mo to return to the track to develop some speed in the 5000 and 10,00 and mature a bit before he tackles the marathon.

Please don't. Most likely he won't run a marathon at all in 2020. Probably will run 10k
Even if mo breaks 2:07 he'll barley have a top 400 all-time marathon time

I'll gladly take the other side of that action.

I'd certainly choose to be an Olympic champion over having a fast time. Bet Dejen Gebremeskel would tell you the same. So would Koech, Gebri, Alamirew etc.
I bet Mo will cry reading your comments, shame he has no space for tissues in his house because he's drowning in medals and trophies 🆠🥇

Ill take that bet. Mo is on the backside of marathoning, waiting to long to embrace the distance.
He will get drilled at the majors he will race between now and then.
He is already an elite marathoner, now if you meant will not be one of the fastest marathon you might be right.

That 2:08 marathon was sandwiched between two 3:28 1500m runs.
Does anyone here understand how utterly mental that is?
There has never been anyone who could manage that range.
If anyone thinks Farah won't run quicker than 2:08 they are insane.
He doesn't stand a chance in the marathon. No slowmoingbsit and kicking there, with so many Kenyans and Ethiopians going sub 2:05,
He'll probably go like Rupp to those slow no pacing boring American 2:08-2:10 marathons

They meant a clean Mo. Just like they said Lance would not win the Tour.
