Just reading another thread on here got me thinking about my own cadence (186-188 on easy runs, 190-192 in races). Is this too high? Would there be any benefit to lengthening my stride a touch?

Optimal cadence is supposed to be 180 but 192 isn't too far off. You're probably fine unless you feel awkward with your form right now. You could go a tad longer on stride length but I don't see it being a real issue.
