I run only in shoes with 0mm of drop, and I am a forefoot striker. I have been using the Altra One 2.5 and V3 for most of my runs, but for some reason Altra never puts rubber on the outsole near the outside of the forefoot on those shoes. So, I wear down the exposed foam super fast and I doubt I can even get 400 miles on my shoes. Does Shoe Goo work in this situation?
Are there any lightly cushioned zero-drop shoes out there that are durable? In a perfect world, I would like it to be flexible, firm, lightweight, and low to the ground. I'm not ready to go full minimalist, but I need something that can last a good amount of time.
