I just can't run anymore?

I, on the otherhand, was forced to run. If I didn't, I would have gone crazy. I'm already clinically depressed, but imagine if I didn't run. Sometimes I'd run for an hour straight and that lead me to becoming a pretty good sub-elite athlete in college.

Most mileage I do is about 11-12 miles at a time. I'm not even a long-distance runner. If I don't run, I'll talk to myself or talk out loud involuntarily...

Since I'm anonymous I can write these thoughts.

Do an easy week of running. Your body is tired from pushing yourself and you need to recover. You'll be fine.

Most likely your just channeling all the snowflake losers getting all the attention in the media. Time to watch some John Wayne, Bruce Lee, and Clint Eastwood movies.

This is a good guess. Low iron is a common problem for young women runners. Chronic dehydration can also be a problem.

You could even have a low grade flu that isn't enough to make you sick, but enough to weaken your running. Do you have any mild flu symptoms? Scratchy throat, stuffy nose, sniffles, aches and pains everywhere?
