Just started running seriously 6 months ago, 16 years old male. What do I need to work on the most for the 800m based off of these workout times:
6x1000m with 2 min rest: all 3:40
8x400m with 2 min rest: all 1:10
10x 200m with 1 min rest: all :30
All were with light jog recoveries
Also what do you think I can run the 800m in,

Seriously? Impressive, if not too impressive.
I used to run when I was younger but never seriously and never competitively, I don't think it's that impressive I'm sure there are 16 year olds that could do much better than that.

You need some speed workouts like
15×150m or 10×200m with full recovery. The other workouts are good. Two times a week a easy run and one long run.
I 'll say right now you can run 2:15 but in two or three months you can improve to sub 2:10
If he already can average 30sec @ 10x200m w/ 60 sec recovery, he can go sub 2min already. The other workouts are not in line with this workout, so something is not right.....

Strongly disagree. 10x2@800 pace is a solid predictor workout...off closer to 30 seconds recovery. 60 seconds recovery for a mid distance guy who (presumably) can run under ~27 for a 200 will let him recover too well between reps to predict much of anything.
2:12 - 2:15 seems in line with the other workouts.

Well, I strongly disagree with you. 60 sec rec ain't a long recovery for 800m pace, when using 10 reps, totalling 2k @ 800m pace. It demands much better endurance to finish that workout than the other sessions indicates.
