Anyone ever heard of or used a supplement called MK-677. Supposedly it increases the release of growth hormone naturally, which could then aid in recovery I would think. Wondering if it works, and if so, if it's legal?

I assume you are speaking from experience?? What sort of dosage is best? From some of the reading I've done, seems high dosages come with water retention, joint issues, etc.

it is never worth it to end up with a weird skull, and people who know will always spot you.
Try MK-Ultra, much much better and more effective than 677.
