I would go for 200, since 140 is very easy. A few winters ago I was running around 100 miles a week, with at least 50 beers a week.
Dude, you're either lying or exhaggerating.
Anyone running 100 miles per week is going to be a skinny guy - maybe 5'8" to 6'2", 130 to 155 lbs.
In general, lower body weights correspond to lower tolerances. True, if you were an alcoholic, maybe you could make up for it. But a 200 lb alcoholic will always drink more than a 150 lb alcoholic.
Furthermore, when you exercise, then drink alcohol later that day, your tolerance is decreased. Anyone can tell you about having an exhausting race and then getting buzzed by the end of their 2nd or 3rd beer later that night.
Based on these two pieces of info, I'm guessing 10 beers is going to get you pretty hammered. I'm being serious here - you're a skinny guy and you've already run 15 miles that day.
So you're really going to tell me that while caring enough about your training to run 100 miles per week, you're getting smashed 4 or 5 times in one week? And the amazing thing is that you feel well enough to run the next day. AND you do this every week for a few weeks in a row?
No way.
