Hello fellow HS runners. It would be very helpful if you could please reply to this with the following: your weight, height, age and PR's of any and all distances, preferably 3km and up. I am trying to identify whether there is a correlation between weight and running performance.
For example, I am 180cm and 60-63kg (5'11" and 132-139lbs) and 15 yo.
In high school I was 6' tall and 148lbs. Now I'm still 6' tall and 160 lbs. I'm faster than I was then, but a lot of that can be attributed to maturation.
