Got it, I was confused by the previous 6 pages of this being about racism. I now see that it's really about not allowing police to police and that officers should only ever act if they see a criminal event happening in real time.

"The problem is not poor performing cops" was a quote from your statement. I don't think that attitude helps the good cops do their job.

In the end the only reason this cop isn't going to lose his job is because the lawn mower guy gave a false name. Had he given his card and his real name he'd have been fine.

But he made up a name and DOB. And it goes from there. He gave a false name because there were warrants out for his arrest.

You think they should just arrest everyone they don't like the look of and try and find out later if there is a warrant to arrest them?

Police cannot be allowed to overextend their power.

I really hope one day one of these cop supporters are the victim of a wrongly targeted house raids. See how you feel then. You'll be lucky to live to tell the tale. They seem to be happening more frequently.

Explain to me how these police were not in the wrong, and it is actually the fault of the 'criminals'.

People, their children and also pets are the innocent victims killed or attacked in these botched or incorrect raids.

The one with the 7 year old girl is horrendous. Throw a flashback grenade into the living room with a sleeping girl and her grandmother, break down the door then shoot the girl in the head. Proceed to not deliver any first aid but cuff the parents and arrest the grandmother. The parents were forced to sit in their child's blood for hours.

Officers cleared of wrong doing. Haha. They treat the people of communities as if they are in Afghanistan on tour.

Were the cops called because he had a warrant? Is it legal for the cop to question and attempt to arrest someone who had not committed a crime if later on they find out the person had a warrant out?

If so, would it be feasible to give someone stopped a red light a traffic ticket for potential speeding because a couple weeks earlier they had recieved a speeding ticket for going 60 in a 50mph zone?

Is it really the best idea to justify the behavior of someone because of facts learned AFTERWARDS?
