Don't ever change brother.
Wake up and roll out of bed anywhere between 5-6 (depending on how long I plan on running)
Go to the bathroom
Drink a glass of water and eat a teaspoon of honey or energy chews
Put on running clothes
Try to go to the bathroom again
Put on running shoes
Run 40-75 minutes
Light stretching
Eat protein and electrolyte drink
Shower, dress for work, make coffee, help get the kids dressed and fed, kiss the the wife and kids goodbye
Drink coffee on drive to work
Get up
poop
brush my teeth
run
1) Wake up at 5:30
2) On my phone till 5:35
3) Pop half a caffeine pill and chug 16 oz room temp water (can't handle the cold stuff)
4) Brush teeth and poop
5) Put on running clothes
6) Try to poop again
7) Drink more water
8) Put on running shoes and try to make it out the door by 5:55 (I meet a group at 6)
4:15am wakeup, spend 8 minutes looking at my phone
Eat Peanut butter toast, have glass of water
While that is settling, I make protein pancakes, then place them in the microwave to keep warm.
Poop
Roll out, do plyos
Run maybe up to 4 miles depending on how far I need to run in the afternoon
Roll out post run
Shower
Change
Eat pancakes with a side of yogurt
Brush teeth
Leave the house by 6:30am for work.

Are you a sub-elite or something? How do you have time to wake up at 4 am, roll out, run, work, then run again?? Do you not work full time?
Just finished college, work full time now at 40 hours a week Monday - Friday.Live alone, too. This frees up a lot of at-home responsibilities many have. Work starts at 7:00am for me, get off at 3:00 - 3:30pm depending on if I work through lunch. Though, sometimes I stay until 4:00pm to finish pressing matters. Never longer than that if I can help it.Before I leave work I put on running clothes under my work attire, then on my drive home I stop off at a trail near my house. Do my warmup routine, go for my second run if mileage demands it. I normally do my workouts around this time, as well. I've never been a workout in the morning kind of guy, I just get hurt that way for some reason.Once I finish my run I go home, meal prep what I can so that I can shower while it is cooking. After my shower I'll relax, eat, watch a movie or read or something. This is one of the few parts of my day that aren't scheduled to do anything specific, so it's nice. Then, if I have to run in the morning, I'll get my clothes for the next day ready (including running apparel) and prepack my bags so that I don't have to worry about that in the morning. Then I'll try to be in bed a little after 9:00-9:30pm. If I don't have to run in the morning I can go to bed at 10:00pm. If I'm meeting with friends to go out to eat or grab a beer, then that obviously changes things. I value sleep more than a morning run, so I probably wouldn't run in the morning and just extend my afternoon run. I'm a bit odd in that I like to schedule my days down to every hour. Having that sort of predictability allows you to accomplish what you want to in the day, normally.

Are you sub-elite or do you just enjoy this lifestyle?
