The top high school guys will probably run around 15:00 or below for the 5k and Farah's best 3000 is 7:32.62, so you're not very close. The good news is you'll probably be able to get faster through high school!

That 13:03 was his 5k time..... you're not olympic level, you're nowhere near state champs, hell you don't even seem like you'd make varsity.
