I've been running in my Kennedy XCs for track this year. Is there a significant enough difference between track and XC spikes which would make them worth buying? If so, what are some recommendations? My primary distances are 3200 and 1600.

Track spikes are lighter and have a more rigid plate usually. They are more efficient since there is no need to protect against varied terrain. That said, I think you can probably make due with the XCs for the rest of this season. Unless you are a contender for a state title or looking to medal at AOC, wait until next year to drop dough on some track spikes.
