Any one hear about the kid who ran a 19 second pr in the mile to go from 4:30 to 4:11

Yep, old news. Really impressive though, he ran 800 before hand and beat Mac daddy.

Mac did run the 2 mile before though too so its not like he was fresh either. They will have a shot at one another at regionals, which should again be a fight.

that's nothing....i didn't break 10 minutes for 3200 until my senior year....and in the race i first broke ten I ran 905 in the 3200.
