I am working on it, brah -- but the dude is too damn skinny. This is a problem with bike guys that ignore the weight room for a few pounds. And he must be pushing over 60 yrs old, where strength beats cardio all day long for longevity and vitality.

Starvation for better power weight ratio is the substitute for doping these days.
