Assuming that the effort was all out, and that the 800 is your best distance.
You didn’t give the weather conditions? Also, were you running at altitude or sea level? Newer or older model treadmill? Nonetheless:

With competition & a good coach, you could be a force to reckon with 😄

Probably 0,0,0. If it's not on Strava it didn't happen.

Fatigue will def be a factor in the 800m. Too many run too fast at the beginning. Too many think the others in the race know what they must be doing, and when they go out way too fast, they try to keep up. Not good. You should know your goal splits from your workouts. Be realistic. This isn't a 9 year old in the back yard winning all the Olympic events in his dream. This is reality. And reality usually arrives around the 550 meter mark and walks away from you around the 700 meter mark if you get caught up in the early fast pace.
The faster I go on the treadmill, the faster I go on the treadmill....
I could run 14 mph on the treadmill for 3 minutes.
I could run 65 for 400.
2:20 for 800
5:15 for 1600
Not sure what that proves.
Except that I can run pretty fast on a treadmill for a aging swimmer who is not that great at running.
