For those who run with Nikes that have a duralon forefoot, how long do they last you (mileage wise)? I myself can only get about 200 miles out of my pegasus racers, but thats running on 100% of the time on pavement. How about you?

Pumps and a Bump
Duralon forefoots wear out very quickly....if you are looking to put alot of miles on a pair of shoes with a duralon forefoot think again.
700-900 miles, lot of that on trail
I have the pegasus racers, too and they wear down in about 500 km (300 miles). This is all on pavement, too. Outsole goes quick, but Midsole cushioning still seems good. Also, the wear is just in one area (just behind the ball of the foot).
I can easily get 800-1000 miles out of my Skylons by running on various surfaces (60% of the time is asphalt). It all depends on your running economy, weight, type of feet (ie. how hard you land)...
Even then, midsole cushoning is just fine, but upper tears apart.
Damn I wish I can get 300 miles. I get the same high wear areas, right on the center of the forefoot. Perhaps some of my short lived outsoles are due because I run everything on street pavement and although I'm a mid to forefoot striker which may seem to be efficient, I'm also 5'10 / 160lbs, so pretty heavy for a lightweight trainer as these.
