Hi guys, I know I'm slow as molasses, but wanted to get some opinion on whether or not I'm in over my head with regards to goal time/pace.
Currently can run
28 - 200m
1:43-1:44- 600m, probably 1:43.
Both of the above were run in trainers and were solo time trials. The 200 was actually run after a 600 @ mile pace (I was fully recovered though)
This is for a race I have with three friends this coming Saturday
Appreciate any input :)
