There is a 15K exactly a week out from a half marathon that I am going to do in June. I've run it before, and it's an extremely fun race. I want to do it again this year, but I also need to get a 13+ mile long run in before my half. Does it sound like a good plan to run the 15K and do the long run the next day? How should I go about the next couple days to be well-rested for my half-marathon?
