My PR (run 2 weeks ago) is 2:22 in a 4x8 with super uneven 400 splits (65, 77). 400 PR (run last week) is 59.8. I mostly train for the 400 so a lot of repeat 200/300/500s, one or two 30 minute longer runs a week. This weekend I have to run around 2:20 to give my 4x8 a chance at making state. Does this seem possible/likely for me?
