Efjurdji is right. It most likely won't happen this year, but in the future it is a good goal. I'm guessing you're a freshman, and going from 2:11 to 2:00 is doable in a year.
you can probably run 56-57 right now, and usually for runners with mediocre to bad aerobic development, you add 6-7 seconds to their 400pb to get their 800 pace. That means that you need 53-54 speed to run sub-2, UNLESS you run 4:2x in the mile. Then you only need 55-56 speed.
I dropped almost 20 seconds in the mile from freshman to sophomore year, so dropping 11 in the 800 isn't too far fetched for you. If you don't already, run over the summer and do cross country in the fall, and run during the winter (indoor or just on your own). Come next year's outdoor, you'll be in a good spot to break 2:00.
