I started doing easy 1.5-3 miles in the morning and I feel way better in the afternoon now. I use it as a warm up for calisthenics but it is working wonders. I notice that in my races I always have a huge positive split(2:46,2:30-33 1600 splits) my last race(1 month ago). Now I feel like I can start easier, and faster.
Only been doing them for 2 weeks but I feel like I can pr in every single event(especially mile-5k.)

New LR pace: 7:30
My legs also feel better at the start of my runs and don't feel restricted like they used to. Hr is also going down quick just because of 1.5 mile runs?!?!
