On Tuesday I raced the 800m for the first time since March. I ran it in 2:17 which is a PR by 10 seconds. Today I had another meet and had another PR with 2:14. Sub districts is next Friday and I need to get my time down to 2:07 to move on to districts. My 400m is 56.97, 200m is 25.54, and I haven't timed a mile since 9th grade ( I'm a guy senior right now) would training anymore help me right now or do I need to run the race different? My 2:17 800 was even splits and my 2:14 was positive splits.
