I ran a 2:15 split a few weeks ago on a 4x8 (64, 71) and haven't done much more with that since. I've ran high 58-low 59 4x4 splits in the last three weeks (haven't ran a meet in a week). Mile 4:59 (72,75,77,74) last week. Can I break 2:10?

Yes. You've got a mix of speed and endurance that should suit you for the 800. I'd like to see your 400 a little faster for 2:10 but I think you can do it.
I can run 2:08 off of 58-high 400 speed. Then again, I run a low-4:30s mile. The 800 is great because you can run a good 800 off of any combination of speed and endurance. For an 800 specialist, I'd say 2:10 should be about 58.0 and 4:50.
Relay times are generally faster than true race times because of timing and distance inaccuracy plus you have a running start. Therefore your 2:15 is more likely a 2:17+.
Can you break 2:10? I doubt you will this season.
