I am a Sophomore in HS and recently just ran at a pretty big meet in my town and was participating in the Sprint Medley Relay (SMR) and ran the 800m leg, this is my first year running distance and the 800m and ran a 2:15.19 which is my personal best. My splits for each lap was 60/75, and I was wondering what should I be running my first lap around? I felt really good until about 150m to go and I hit "the wall" pretty bad. Do I have the potential to run a sub 2:10? Also my best 400m time is 56 flat and 24.58 for my 200m
