- I would have thought one of the Young Turks wouldn't have let Jenny & Brenda off so easy ....

44 deg and windy and it's April and they have a very tightly contested race and you are critical because they ran 4:16? What time do you want in these conditions and this time of year?

Do you think it helps their season if they run a few sec faster and place lower? I don't- I am ok with how they raced.

Everyone was there. I can't believe people are complaining about the times. It was a very exciting race. If you turned it on with 150 to go, you go exactly what you wanted. all of the big players on each other's shoulders going after it.

- Is that what everyone did ... wait for the last 150 meters to turn it on?

- Why is that good? Everyone with the same race plan ... particularly those coming off a strong indoors.

this is a great win for Jenny and I don't want to take away from that, but it's not a shocker - unless I am missing something. we knew she was this good.

Who wants to watch a bunch of professionals run a high school time? Shame on them. Hurts a sport that is already hurting.

The fact that Charlene Lipsey got 5th should make the 800 runners shutter.
