Omg, so good to finally connect with someone who is going through the same thing as me! I’m also going nuts already! What did u have originally? A calf tear?
I originally had IT band syndrome and it somehow affected my peroneal muscle on that same side and now it’s been months and I can’t get rid of it. I’ve reached a dead end :(
Oh, so I misunderstood. I originally had a calf tear and besides for it still being a little achy I have a lot of stiffness and discomfort around my knee
I’ve noticed stretching my hamstrings helps but jeez this is irritating
Strengthening is almost always the answer for most injuries. Sound like you need to strengthen your calves specifically. Try stage two of this:
