Last night I did 5 x 1600m w/ 3:00 jog rest on a track. (The goal was 5:20 to 5:30 but it was just a ballpark figure coming into the workout.)

The second and third felt the hardest. I didn't feel like I settled into the pace. Conditions were drizzly and windy, low 50s.
What's a reasonable 10/12k race pace on the roads if I had to toe the line this weekend?
