On ebay you often find someone like this looking for a bite. They think the hat value increases similar to unboxed Jordans. Unfortunately for them there isn't a big market for vintage hats.
Yeah, no one pays anything like that, just someone trying to get rich. Just like how you see random stuff priced for 10,900 its not worth that, it's just someone looking for a "lucky hit".
