I know that 10x400 is supposed to be a predictor workout for the mile, but I don't know how to predict what I can run for 400.
Today I did a workout of 3x(300,150):
46.3, 19.8
45.8, 19.x -missed the button on my watch to stop it
45.5, 19.5
This is probably not the absolute fastest I could've run this workout, as I had a small soreness in my hip that put a hitch in my stride, but it is the fastest I have ever run it.
I have run 2:08/4:47, and figure I could run about 57. I don't get the chance to run the 400 very often if ever, but am curious to know what I could run.
