Currently sitting at a 4:55 mile and 2:04 800. Trying to get to sub 2 in 4 weeks. Obviously my endurance isn't there. I've been 500-200 reps @60 sec pace. Any advice on some endurance track work I can do? I was thinking of including 600s around 65s.

1000's every 200 faster
ie 42-38-35-33-32 or maybe 40-37-34-31-28

Sharpen up work out
250-200-150 x 4 sets (35-27-19)
One more favorite work outs
800 reps
1st 300 @ 45
Float middle 200 @ 45 ish
Last 300 @ 45
