Did a longer 200m workout yesterday, was wondering if there are any takeaway I could get from it?
The workout was as follows..
200m, 30 sec. rest, 200m.
1:30 break.
200m, 30 sec. rest, 200m
2:00 break.
200m, 30 sec. rest, 200m
2:30 break
200m, 30 sec. rest, 200m
4:00 set break, then repeat the set with the same time intervals.
Times were as follows:
30-29
29-29
28-29
28-27
-Set Break-
29-28
27-25
27-27
28-27
Any conclusions ya'll can draw from that would be awesome. I'm racing an 800m in a few weeks at a college invitational, and was wondering if you guys had predictions as well.
