I thought I was ready for my 400. While I didn't feel great on my warm-up, I still felt ok. Well maybe I did go out a little too hard early on, but I did settle down by the 100. At 200 started to working the turn but soon after, to my surprise, it happened.
I did loose 2 weeks to a slight injury but have been building back over the past 2 weeks. I thought the rest from injury would actually help as I think I was on the verge of overtraining.
How long should it take to get my mojo back to where I can get to 390 before rigging? Should a couple more lactic acid special endurance runs do the trick?
