I'm a junior in high school and I think I could make it to states next year if I ran the 400m correlated to my 100m time. My pr's are
100m 11.51
200m 23.5
400m 59:xx (hand timed)
What can I do during the offseason to get my endurance up for the 400m? We do one day of endurance which was the first day of the practice week and the rest would either be speed training or working on form. I know it isn't technically off season, but I was kicked off the team for this season.
