how did the workout feel? were you about to collapse after each rep?
3 minutes rest? for a 3200m runner you should do less rest. sub 10 or close to it
No ways that's not better than sub 10. Sub 9:40 at least.
Well depending on how you felt after each rep. 1:07s is 4:28 pace or 8:56 for 2. Dang man your workout looks like you should be able to break 9 but 9:10 is definitely in the cards, which is 1:08 a lap. With correct about of rest you should be able to run that
