It's about 45-47 this week and I'm really wanting to hit my favorite trail. It's basically on a river flood plain and last week (high 50's) it felt great to be running with my feet somewhat submerged the entire time for 5 miles. I'm wondering at temperature does having constantly wet feet become a health concern, or at least so painful that I would cut my run short? Would like to do my slow 8-10 miler today. ps I have mesh running shoes, so they drain immediately but also keep nothing out.
