I was wondering how fit y'all are at the beginning of the season vs the end of the season. For me it's a pretty big difference for example if I start at 16:30 5k usually by end I'm closer to 15:30ish . Over an 8 week period. I feel like this isn't typical as I know a lot of guys that are seemingly always in similar shape throughout a season (granted some of these guys peak too soon). for example
I know a 1440 guy who is pretty
Much always in at least 15:20 shape.
