You'll have to do some web scraping to get the data into the format you need, though.

I'd be interested in this as well. One of my more recent projects is trying to create a freely-licensed Wikidata-like repository for athletics performances, but to my knowledge no such repository exists yet. The two major result DBs (Tilastopaja and All-Athletics) don't even have APIs.

Athlinks has an API, but you have to apply and be manually approved to use it.

What's the source data for Trackbot? That should have something you could use.
