4x400 with 2 mins recovery
64,65,64,63
5 mins recovery
5x200 with 90 sec recovery
28,29,28,28,29
4x400 with 2 mins recovery

Saying as sub 2 is impossible, I predict 2:00.1
Say 2:08
2-2:02.5
How hard were those 400's and whats your 400m PR?

This'll make a difference.
I'd say 2:02 - 2:05 though.

On 2m recovery, you wouldn't be able to quite hit 800 pace on the 400s. 4x400 on 4m rest is a classic to be done at 800 race pace. So, I'm going with 2:02-04 ish
400s were hard but I wasn't hammering each one cause I had the 200s later on.
Don't have a 400 PR but I would guess I'm currently in about 55 second shape.

probably not
expect 2:06 to 2:08

probably 2:08+
I don't know what kind of effort this was for you - if it was a full on balls-to-the-wall workout where you really went to the well I'll guess 2:03-2:05. If that was a more average, medium effort for you where you felt like you could have run another rep or 2 then I would expect 2:00-2:03 low. For the guys saying 2:08 or more - you're full of shit. A 2:08 guy probably wouldn't be able to hit those times unless he was a sprinter type with no endurance (which he obviously isn't given the low rest). This is an average workout for a low-2 type of guy. I would predict 2:05 or below for you, but there really is only one way to find out, isn't there?
I'd wager a guess at 2:05 give or take two seconds. This is assuming you can actually run 55 or so. There are plenty of other factors but I'd try to run 30 and 31 for your first 400 so you come through in 61. If you're in 2:00 shape then you'll likely maintain and run around 2:02-2:03. If you're in 2:05 shape this will set you up perfectly to run your potential and hit 2:04-2:05. Worst case you just hang on and run sub 2:08, but you should be plenty under that I'd guess.
Did another workout earlier: 3 sets of 600, 1 min recovery, 200 with 4 mins between the sets
1:39+31
1:37+30
1:36+29
Both these workouts were indoors if that changes anything.
2:08
The 800 is a tough and strange race. I feel the posters here know this and its so hard to predict. I've had runners hit a 4:10 mile but had all kinds of trouble hitting a 1:58. Then again, had runners only hitting 4:38 for a 1600, but easily break 2:00 for the 800. I swear the 800 stands alone as a strange and very tough race. So much involved to train for. IMHO.

This.^
I can predict other events fairly accurately for people but the 800 is tough unless a person has seen you in races/workouts.
If I was forced to guess, I'd say those 600/200 s suggest about 2:05
