Good strength training but nobody can tell you how far you're going to throw the javelin even if you go through the trouble of adding values to the exercises you've mentioned. If you're full of slow twitched fibers like most people on this board that javelin will not go that far.
So if you're new to the Javelin event which sounds like you are based on your question I'm guessing between 30' - 100'. Who knows though. I know a guy who was a baseball pitcher who threw 200+ feet the very first time he threw.
