I have ran cross country and track for 4 years. All of my other events I have done have gotten better though high school, but going in the my final season in track my 800 time seems to not stagnate much from the first time I ran it my sophomore year.
800 PRs
F - DNR
So - 2:18
Jr - 2:10
Sr. - 2:11 (one indoor meet)
I cant control my workouts (coach) but is there a way I should run the 800 differently or way I should think about workouts that might help.
