Hi, I am trying to run a sub 33 10k in outdoor. My coach thinks I can do so by the end of April.
My PRs (indoor):
Mile: 4:35
3000: 9:04
5000: 15:55
Also, I have run 26:24 8K for cross. What 1500m and 5000m time do I have to run in order to run sub 33? Also how do you run a 10k, I've never raced that far before. Thanks!
