It should be a nice afternoon evening of action. Who wins the battle at 600 - Okolo or Wilson? Who wins the battle of the Olympians at 1k - Murphy, Wheating or Andrews? Or does Brannon Kidder pull an upset? Who wins the men's mile and does Houlihan complete the double in the 2-mile?
If you missed our recap of day 1, you can find it here.

I was looking everywhere for the Day 3 Live thread! Guess this will have to do. Too bad 99% of the posters on here aren't interested. In about an hour that jamming guy will come on here & tell us how bored he is tonight, oblivious that Nationals are on live TV. Bizarre.
-
Yeah why does no one care? Does anyone have info about where to watch this if you don't have NBC sports?
-
Men's mile on the line, intriguing line up w/o Centro, almost makes for a better 'race'
-
Good call on Soratos, almost pulled it off, but Blankenship timed it nicely for the win, guys were dying badly off a fairly slow 3/4. Altitude baby!
-
3:59.22 for Ben Blankenship to take the W and outkick Soratos. Leo Manzano disappoints yet again with a 4:21.92.
-
Is anyone else not getting any sound on the TV broadcast? My TV isn't broken, because the volume comes back for the ads.
-
What happened to Merber, Gregorek, and Palmer? Left it all on the track at BU last weekend?
-
streaming links?

He's only capable of a 3:58 to 4:01 at sea level. Altitude conversions are bunk! Maga! slobber, stumble....slug down another PBR and fentanyl! -
This hot air balloon stuff is riveting. I hope someone aims for the bushes.
-
Blankenship bounced back nicely from the 3000 yesterday where he was an also ran.
Soratos has really turned around his pro career. His first year as a pro was a total disaster. -

Maybe you should be glad. The suit & tie guy referred to Heath Garrett during the mile. W 600 here we go! Can Wilson look '800 smooth' at this shorter distance? -
Whoa! There's my answer, smooth as silk!! Wilson ftw
-
ATTN SANYA RICHARDS ROSS shut up about Okolo! She didn't win, give Ajee some props!

Instead of that 2 mile gassing Blankenship yesterday, maybe it helped acclimate him to the altitude? The science is still really evolving. Perhaps a hard effort 24 hrs. before affords some benefits? -
I actually like the NBCSN coverage of this. They hyped up the Wilson vs Okolo duel well. And speaking of that race, I'm shocked the final times were as fast as they were. It almost looked like a 1500m race after the break, with Ajee getting in front and controlling which you don't usually see during a spring race. She definitely could have taken it down if she was pushed or had someone to follow.

Could she win the 500 and 700 also? -
Men's 600 on the line, Kidder or Murphy? Wheating/Andrews not so sure. And the 19yr. old Brazier? "old man'Sowinski?
-
Sowinski 1:15 Loxsom left it too late, fast! Shaq Walker right there
