It's no surprise, the Westerners hide their expose behind a paywall when their athletes are exposed. But for Russians it would be different.
Another break in USADAs firewall. Go ahead and panic athletes, we'll know what's inside every one of your medicine cabinets soon. Doping or no doping, thanks to USADA being completely inept, we get to invade your privacy one by one.

L'Équipe a pu consulter des déclarations d'athlètes du coach controversé, obtenues par les hackers Fancy Bears, et qui attestent d'un abus troublant de médicaments.
Shannon just practices with the NOP team. She doesn't use their coaches, nor any Nike coach. Pablo her husband and Andy her high school coach is all she uses.

I've also read the full article. Nothing new on Rupp that we don't already know. Just some French doc questioning why he needs it.
Rowbury looks like she spends too much time in the Vitamin Cottage, but pretty harmless stuff. No thyroid meds, no inhalers, no l-carnitine.
I'll say this, the NOP athletes are thorough. They seem to report EVERYTHING.

That's just to hide the stuff they DON'T report, because it's illegal. With so many possible masking agents on tap, the detectability is low.
It should be mentioned for fairness that the supplements and medications were taken over the course of 4 days for Rupp and over the course of a week for Rowbury. Not every day it seems.
With all this, and yet they ban meldonium because Russians use it?
Do people actually think this stuff is bad? Taken over the course of a week?
Single vitamin tablets, some mineral supplements, turmeric, beetroot, nasal spray of SALT WATER, a fcking claritin tablet?
Tiger balm, energy drinks, whey protein?
Some probiotics, yogi tea and some fcking acne cream?
Are you people serious? This is stuff that ALL OF YOU consume weekly. Why is letsrun so damn soft? Athletes can't have energy drinks or vitamins anymore? Or treat their acne? GROW UP.
Melodonium is a powerful heart medication. MORONS.
It's morans, not morons around these parts. I agree with you otherwise.
Prediction: Rowbury tests positive and the source will be her lipstick.
Why does a grown woman need a powerful acne med?

It's a topical antibiotic.
