Over the summer I ran with my team and got new times. Didn't run any 400m though.

I know my times are slow compared to others , but that's why I am here to improve my times. Can you guys recommend any workouts I can do to improve my times. Forgot to mention that I'm tall and skinny type of build. I also High Jump Pb 5'10 its not very high but it's because i don't have good form.
Also can y'all give any foods that are good to eat , my eating habits is not the best.
